The quote would usually add $240 for inspection and system identification, $180 for pressure testing, 58 m at $17 per m for the recharge, and $320 for the next annual inspection bundled with the warranty paperwork. That comes to $240 + $180 + $986 + $320 = $1,726 including GST. If one fill point was buried under new paving, add about $150 to expose and repair it, taking the job to about $1,876.
That is cheaper than drilling the patio and installing a new barrier because the reticulation system is still doing its job as a delivery network. It is not cheaper if two loops are blocked and the rear patio was poured over the inspection zone. In that case, a targeted barrier repair can be the better value even though the first invoice is higher.
